On October 22, 2025, the Weixuan Nie Group hosted a special academic seminar, inviting Professor Jia-wei Wang from the School of Chemical Engineering and Technology at Sun Yat-sen University as the distinguished speaker. Professor Wang delivered an insightful lecture titled "Design of Molecular Photocatalytic Systems for CO₂ Reduction."

On August 15, 2025, a delegation led by Professor Aimin Li from the School of the Environment at Nanjing University visited our research group for academic exchange.

From April 11 to April 13, 2025, the 3rd National Academic Conference on Carbon Dioxide Resource Utilization of the Chinese Chemical Society was held as scheduled in Xinxiang, Henan. This conference brought together top domestic experts and scholars to discuss the cutting-edge technology and future development direction of CO₂ resource utilization.

Recently, the review paper Heterogenous Electrocatalytic CO₂ Reduction by Supported Molecular Catalysts Well Dispersed on Electrode Surface, which was invited to be written by the research group, was officially accepted for publication in the journal ChemElectroChem (Mark and Zhang Shiyu are co-first authors).

On March 26, Hangzhou was sunny and the temperature was suitable. All members of the laboratory went to Yuhang Jingshan Temple for a spring outing.
