I. Position Information and Requirements:

Molecular Catalyst Direction (1 position):
1. Proficient in the design, synthesis, and characterization of organic ligands and molecular complexes.
2.Background and experience in molecular organometallic catalysis or (photo)electrochemical catalysis.

Solid Catalyst Direction (1 position):
1. Proficient in the design, synthesis, and characterization of solid materials and polymer materials.
2. Background and experience in (photo)electrochemical catalysis (experience in kinetic simulation is preferred).

III. Funding Policies:
